In the land of Montemagno, municipality of Calci in the province of Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany, the organic extra virgin olive oil by Romani Olearia is born.
The terraced olive grove openly gazes at the marine horizon of the Pisan coastline in the Tuscan region, sheltered from cold winds, benefiting from the mild temperature and sun exposure.
It is characterized by the multivaried native olive varieties of the region, including the “razzo” a superior quality cultivar compared to the typical Tuscan “frantoiano”
With 1536 olive trees distributed across two cultivation areas called Clos San Martino and Clos Le Gorgone, geolocated in two different positions. The organic extra virgin olive oil of Romani Olearia is characterized by early harvest and cold pressing within 12 hours of picking in a certified organic mill.
